There are numerous genetic disorders in our world today. Some scientists can't figure out the cause, and some haven't been discovered. However, celiac disease is one of the very brutal disorders that is common of 1 in 133 people in the United States. It's even more common in Western Europe. Celiac disease was discovered in 1887 in London. In addition, the symptoms and possible complications of being a patient with this disease include abdominant bloating, pain, chronic diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, weight loss, and pale, foul-smelling or faulty stool. The is only one treatment for this terrible disease, and its to have an only gluten-free diet. Avoiding all forms of wheat should help. This eliminates the high-risked genes that may be passed on. More than a millions of people in the world have already been diagnosed with celiac disease. Also, the mortality of this disease is three times higher than those of the general population. Childhood suffers long-term mortality. As you now can see, celiac disease is very severe and common. Countless people

  1. A gluten-free diet is recommended amongst other things in the treatment of celiac disease and wheat allergy. It is a diet completely free of ingredients derived from gluten-containing cereals...
